I love what exercise does for me and to me. Exercise has given me confidence, strength, health, happiness, stress relief, me time, new friends, a feeling of accomplishment and a burning desire to share all of that with others.
My studio is a private space; exclusive to my clients, my goal is to provide you with an experience that is welcoming, puts you at ease and allows you to focus on yourself, try new things, find new strengths and leave feeling energised and empowered!

We discover how you want to train, your likes and dislikes, and I program to help you reach your goals in the most enjoyable way.
Working out with a friend, partner or colleague makes for a fun session, and a key element in forming any lifestyle habit is... FUN! It's always more enjoyable to share common goals with a friend, it can keep you motivated, and the friendly competition may even make you work harder!
I can accomodate up to 3 in the studio, so grab a buddy or 2 and get in touch.
A diagnosis of scoliosis does not mean you can't exercise, on the contrary, exercise can help alleviate the pain often experienced as 'par for the course' with scoliosis. By focusing on stretching and lengthening tight muscle groups and building strength in muscles that are weakened along with incorporating core stabilisation we can improve postural symmetry and functional strength.
As a scoliosis warrior myself I am keen to help others find their way to exercise and get the most from it.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once I've received an enquiry from you, I'll get in touch to find out more about you and your goals. I want to know what you like and dislike in terms of exercise, how often you want to work, how long for and how hard you want to work. Are there any medical issues or injuries we need to work around? I'd even like to know what music you like to listen to when you are working out.
All this information helps me to program the right exercises to help you reach your goals in the most enjoyable way.
Once we've got the paperwork out of the way we can get on with the fun stuff!

Awesome! Let me know what you've got and I can certainly train you from the comfort of your own home and using your own equipment.
I can also bring some of my equipment to give you the opportunity to try new things.
